What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Sales Associate position at Copacabana Inc. d.b.a Gracie Sports Fairfield?
We are looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate to work at Gracie Sports Fairfield, our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym.
Your main responsibility is to sell memberships to new leads who come in for a free class. You will greet them, explain our programs, handle objections, and close the sale.
You will also handle basic front desk duties such as answering the phone, responding to questions, checking students in, and providing a great experience for members and parents.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable talking to people, enjoys sales, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11 per week
