Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Representative at our location in Pearland, TX. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and overseeing service delivery. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating closely with internal teams to meet client goals while maintaining a high standard of customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally and clearly
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and resolving client concerns with a solutions-focused approach
- Understanding of Finance principles and the ability to monitor client accounts effectively
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration
- Proven experience in a client-facing role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Candidate must have valid work authorization in the United States
