Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading
- Support office management tasks including filing, organizing supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Provide customer support through excellent phone etiquette and personalized assistance
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and processing forms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and task prioritization
