Job Description
- Operates and maintains a mobile billboard truck and other assigned company owned vehicles according to driver policies, adhering to scheduled routes or promotional campaigns, and coordinating with marketing teams to align driving routes with campaign goals.
- Administers courier duties including:
- -Picks up and delivers documents, letters, packages, and other items between organization facilities and external business contacts.
- -Documents and tracks all items picked up and delivered using company systems or logs.
- -Sorts mail and performs related clerical functions as needed.
- -Responds to inquiries about pickup and delivery schedules.
- Assists with miscellaneous purchasing duties and interoffice errands.
- Maintains friendly, professional relationships with internal staff and external contacts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel Required.
- Part-Time (20 hours/week)
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
- Valid Driver’s License required; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred but not mandatory.
- Travel is required.
