Position 1: Civil Engineer (Civil 3D / CAD Experienced)
Orange, CA Civil Engineering & Land Surveying Company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong AutoCAD Civil 3D capabilities to support land development and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and review civil engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Design grading, drainage, utilities, and site improvements
• Assist with preparation of improvement plans and construction documents
• Coordinate with surveyors, project managers, and local agencies
• Review survey data and incorporate into engineering designs
• Assist with permitting and agency submittals
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 years experience in civil engineering design
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required
• Experience with land development, grading, and utility design
• Knowledge of local agency standards and permitting processes
• California EIT or PE preferred
Salary: D.O.E.
Position 2: Field Surveyor (with CAD Skills)
Responsibilities
• Perform field surveying and data collection
• Operate total stations, GPS, and other survey equipment
• Process field data and assist with drafting
• Prepare survey drawings and base maps
• Coordinate with office staff and project managers
• Type of survey work:
- To cover all survey activities needed for a general civil engineering office surveys such as: topography, boundary, ALTA, and construction staking.
Qualifications
• Survey field experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3.D
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to job sites
• Strong understanding of survey procedures
• Registration is a plus

Position 3: In-House Civil Engineering & Land Surveying CAD Technician
Responsibilities
• Draft survey maps and engineering plans
• Prepare exhibits, boundary maps, and site plans
• Maintain CAD standards and project files
• Assist engineering and survey departments
Qualifications
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Civil 3D experience
• Land surveying and civil engineering drafting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
