Outside Sales Representative (B2B) | Uncapped Commission Territory Ownership

This is not an account management role disguised as sales.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on the chase: prospecting, networking, opening doors, and landing new business. If you’d rather build a pipeline than wait for leads to appear in your inbox, you’ll probably fit right in here.

You’ll spend your time in the field creating opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth through your own hustle and strategy.

At Coordinated Business Systems, you’ll step into an established territory backed by over 40 years in business, including an existing client base. But make no mistake, this role is about growth. The strongest performers are the ones who build beyond what’s already there.

New to sales? We’ll teach you how to prospect, position, and close.
Experienced? You’ll have the autonomy to run your territory like it’s your business with the backing of a team that knows how to win.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow a designated B2B sales territory
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
  • Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision makers
  • Identify customer challenges and recommend office technology and workflow solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent activity
  • Work with internal teams to deliver the right solution for each client
  • Build long-term relationships and develop repeat business and referrals

If you’re coachable, driven, and confident communicating with others, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You'll Get:

  • Base salary uncapped commission
  • First-year OTE: $60K–$100K
