Coordinated Business Systems is growing our Managed IT Services team, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to uncover new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and connect local businesses with technology solutions that help them thrive.
In this role, you’ll be the front-line connector, identifying prospects, starting conversations, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. Once you’ve opened the door, our Account Managers and technical experts take it from there, ensuring clients receive the world-class service we’re known for.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and creative campaigns.
- Build strong relationships and trust with business leaders across the community.
- Understand client needs and match them with the right Managed IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with our technical team to craft and present tailored solutions.
- Educate prospects on the value of proactive IT and cybersecurity to protect their business.
- Consistently hit (and exceed) your goals while growing your professional sales skills.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of sales experience (preferably in IT, tech, or managed services).
- A true hunter mentality, you love prospecting and chasing new leads.
- Passion for technology and how it helps businesses run smarter.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
* This role has a base salary of $60,000 per year plus uncapped commissions*
