Responsibilities
Job Summary:
You will collaborate across teams to develop digital assets, campaign visuals, trade show collaterals and short form videos that drive engagement and elevate our visual identify across channels.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Create visually compelling assets for digital and print, including campaigns graphics, social media visuals, emails and presentations as well as tradeshow material.
- Uphold brand guidelines while ensuring creative innovation and storytelling across all design output
- Edit basic video content for a variety of channels, including social media, web, tradeshows and internal comms.
- Apply basic motion design techniques and visual effects to enhance content
- Translate campaign strategies and creative briefs into engagement visual content
- Support multiple brands and business units with adaptable design solutions that meet specific goals
- Maintain organized design files, templates and video libraries
- Prepare assets for various platforms and specs.
Experience:
- Approximately 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or related filed in both B2B and B2C industries
- Experience within regulated industry (medical, healthcare, pharma) a plus
- Proficiency in Figma and Creative Suite
- Experience with video editing tools strongly preferred
- Familiarity with motion design and special effects preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience working with global teams
- Must be flexible, solution-forward and easily shift between static and dynamic content
