About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support a growing development project starting with two restaurants and a video game arcade by delivering accurate, data-driven reporting. This role focuses on extracting and analyzing key business metrics to help ownership make informed decisions around labor, food cost, and overall performance.
This is a behind-the-scenes, non-managerial role focused on data rather than daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Toast POS and XtraCHEF by Toast
- Track and organize key metrics (sales, labor %, food cost)
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate and structured data for ongoing analysis
- Deliver clear, concise reports to ownership and management
- Assist with scheduling of employees consistent with payroll metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Analytics, Hospitality, or related field)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical ability
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Toast POS and/or XtraCHEF by Toast
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis or workflow automation
- Background in restaurant or hospitality operations
