The Special Diet Coordinator position entails working with guests who have food allergies, guests who have specific eating preferences (i.e.: vegetarian and vegan), as well as guests with genetic disorders (i.e.: PKU). The Special Diet Coordinator is responsible for creating menus that accommodate guests’ special diet requirements for meals while attending Cooperstown Dreams Park.
