Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 USD HOURLY
Overview:
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, assist with keeping the campus in paramount condition by providing general maintenance and upkeep of the lodging facilities, bunkhouse facilities, general grounds and maintenance equipment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Facilities Manager with daily maintenance tasks around the complex.
Maintain facility assets, including buildings and equipment.
All other duties assigned to ensure success of the complex.
Help maintain the facility grounds by mowing and cleaning up after guests.
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to work multiple shifts when assigned.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as a team.
Must be able to perform general maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
Must be able to operate machinery like RTV’s and forklifts safely.
Experience and understanding working on general plumbing, electrical, and mechanical items; (toilets, sinks, electrical outlets and fixtures).
Must have small general carpentry experience.
Must be able to follow instructions given by any full-time staff member.?
Ability and willingness to learn and be responsible for new tasks as assigned.
Ability to be held accountable, following through on commitments, producing timely work to required standards, and pitching in to complete tasks.

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:
Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
