What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Asst position at COOPERS RESTAURANTS, INC.?

**Open Tuesday - Sunday / Closed Monday.**

POSITION SUMMARY: Communicates with and assists servers to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Maintains cleanliness of and restocks front-of-the-house service stations; practices on-going table maintenance for all guests. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Server Assistant rate - $3.00 per hour plus tip pool
Weekly Pay
Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment
1. Company pays a portion of elected coverage
Vacation Pay – up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually)
1. After 6 months – 5 days
2. After 1 year – Additional 5 days
3. 10 days max
4. Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour
Employee Meal Discount – 40% off while working / employee 1 guest while dining
Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each

Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account.
