Job Responsibilities
- Embedded Hardware Design: Lead the design and development of embedded hardware solutions for new electromechanical product lines
- PCB Design & Layout: Execute high-fidelity Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and layout, ensuring manufacturability and high-reliability performance
- Board-Bring-Up: Conduct initial power-on, functional testing, and debugging of new hardware prototypes to ensure system integrity
- Electromechanical Integration: Partner with in-house mechanical engineers to convert traditional mechanical products into sophisticated electromechanical systems
- Collaboration & Consulting: Serve as a technical bridge between software engineers, customer engineering teams, and outside consultants to align product goals
- Simulation & Analysis: Utilize electronics simulation tools to predict performance and optimize designs before moving to physical manufacturing
- Lifecycle Support: Oversee the transition of electronic assemblies from the design phase into full-scale manufacturing
Education & Legal
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering is REQUIRED
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is REQUIRED (No exceptions)
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of related engineering experience
- Proven track record in the design and manufacture of electronic assemblies
- Direct experience with embedded hardware design and PCB design
- Hands-on experience with board-bring-up and electromechanical product testing
- Experience with embedded hardware in truck, commercial vehicle, or automotive applications
- Proficiency in electronics simulation software (e.g., SPICE, Altium, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment with mechanical and software disciplines

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
