The I&E Technician II, under guidance, provides support in the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, electronic and pneumatic instrument and controls. This position is the skilled-level classification in the job series. Incumbents perform the full range of skilled duties. Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in the Instrumentation and Electrical Field of Study Or
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years Industrial Electrical Experience PLUS Associate's Degree Or
- 6 years Industrial Electrical Experience PLUS High School Diploma/GED
- Successfully pass a security sensitive background screening - Required
- Valid Driver's License - Required
- Successfully qualified on entry level technician exam- Required
- Journey Level Electrician- City/State Approved Certification- Preferred
