The Human Resources Assistant is the point of contact for Career Center walk-in traffic and performs complex administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of Human Resources processes including areas of recruitment, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and record management. The HR Assistant serves as point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Or
- Bachelor's Degree Business
- 2 years of administrative, HR, or general office experience
- Successfully pass a security sensitive background screening
