What you’ll do:
- Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting.
- Manage a well organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to refine sales messaging & outbound strategies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly goals for opportunities generated.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We value candidates who have demonstrated grit, competitiveness, and strong communication through internships, hospitality, athletics, campus leadership, Greek life, customer-facing roles, or other high-performance environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Highly-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Thorough critical thinker who isn’t afraid to take risks and make decisions.
- Self-starter who independently seeks out opportunities to learn & succeed.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
