This is a full-time position some in-office hours may be required periodically

Join a fast-paced construction team supporting transportation and public works projects, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring project documentation is accurate, compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with WSDOT standards.
Candidates must be local to the Greater Seattle Area, with experience in document control within construction or engineering projects.
What You Will Do (general responsibilities) for this position are shown below:
· Provide technical and administrative support
· Prepare, process, log, and file incoming and outgoing project documents
· Maintain project document filing systems and tracking logs
· Perform quality assurance on project documentation
· Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready project files
· Manage IDRs, field notes, quantity tickets, and source documentation
· Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, RAMs, and correspondence
· Support preparation of monthly progress estimates
· Maintain Record of Materials (ROM) and certifications
· Assist with subcontractor compliance (RTS, Statements of Intent, payrolls)
· Support FSBE/SVBE/MWBE tracking and reporting
· Maintain contract documents, addenda, and schedules
· Assist with meeting coordination and documentation
· Ensure compliance with WSDOT and regulatory requirements
· Assist with SOP creation and document control improvements
