Short Description
The Nurse Navigator II is an integral part of the Oncology Multidisciplinary Team.The NN II supports, educates, identifies barriers to care and assists patients and families adjust to a new cancer diagnosis. This role helps patients navigate the complexity of the healthcare system and contributes to improved patient outcomes and patient and provider satisfaction.Experience Required
- 3-5 Years required
- Oncology Nursing experience and program development background a plus
