Short Description
Support recruitment, retention, and engagement of nursing and patient care team members through marketing and communications efforts including:• Develop new and update existing collateral materials and other targeted external and internal communications• Develop and support community, patient, and employee events• Develop engaging social media marketing campaigns• Develop content for and maintain Nursing website and intranet site
• Oversee sponsorships with regional organizations• Coordinate the communications of new partnerships and other extended relationships• Support the development and implementation of strategic advertising tactics
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing/communications.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good follow through is essential.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and the ability to function in a collaborative team environment required.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of social media practices.
- Familiarity with SEM, Google Analytics and writing for the web
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications
Special Requirements
- Previous experience in hospital/health care marketing/communications is a plus, but not required.
