Short Description
- This role is responsible for numerous analytic functions in the managed care department.
- Primary responsibility will be to oversee and ensure all financial modeling requests are completed and reported with accuracy.
- Ensures all analytic requests coming into the Managed Care department from internal departments are organized and completed in a timely manner, ensuring top level customer service is provided to those departments.
- EPIC contract updates and rate loads are completed accurately and timely.
- Manages all HB and PB claim and policy inquiries coming to the managed care team for research.
- Will work with the Director of Managed Care to identify areas of improvement in payer contracts and develop a plan to improve contract language and rate structure for each payer.
Experience Required
3-5 years required
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
License/Certification Requirements
EPIC Resolute Certification required.
