Short Description
- The Telemetry Equipment Distribution Tech works collaboratively with the Centralized Monitoring Room and inpatient units to follow policies and procedures to help the departments function more efficiently in telemetry monitoring of patients.
- The Telemetry Equipment Distribution Tech is responsible for the tracking, delivering, retrieving, and cleaning of equipment to ensure safe monitoring and care of our patients.
Experience Required
0-2 years experience required.
Education Requirements
High School / GED required.
License/Certification Requirements
AHA Basic Life Support Certification required.
Special Requirements
- Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers required.
- Proficiency with mobile devices and applications required.
- Application of portable telemetry packs preferred.
