Short Description
- Responsible for washing pots; recording dish machine/pot machine temperatures; record PPM.
- Set-up, clean and sanitize dish machine/pot machines.
- Responsible for refilling hand soap dispensers throughout the department as well as replenishing paper towels as needed.
- Removal of recyclables and regular trash from department to dumpsters at the loading dock.
- Sweep and mop all floors within the department.
- Spot cleaning as assigned.
- Assist storeroom as assigned/necessary.
Experience Required
3-5 years custodial experience; pot washing and dish room experience preferred.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
License/Certification Requirements
Knowledge of PPE and clean ng supplies/chemicals.
Knowledge of SDS (formerly MSDS).
