Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Operations within North America
- Delivers overall financial commitment for North America Operations
- Provides strategic development and drives implementation of lean operating culture
- Responsible for the safety of all Team Members and the environment is maintained properly and the Team Members demonstrate proper behaviors
- Responsible for ensuring all quality policies and procedures are followed by all Team Members including documentation of deviation of standard work flow
- Evaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions
- May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Advanced degree or equivalent preferred
- Seven plus years prior management experience required
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Complex analysis and ability to present complex information for others to understand
- Strategic planning, project management and organizational development
- Ability to influence organizations
- Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary
- Professional Office Environment
- Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor
- Travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations when required
- Equipment used requires proper training on the potential for and avoidance of injury
