Primary Responsibilities
Program & Quote Tracking
- Track and manage program-related purchasing activities across multiple initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quote data, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure all purchasing inputs are aligned with program milestones
- Identify and escalate risks related to delays or missing information
- Support program launches by coordinating purchasing deliverables across teams
- Partner with engineering, commodity buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Monitor program timelines and ensure on-time execution of purchasing activities
- Maintain documentation and tracking tools to support program visibility
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities through data analysis
- Support cost tracking and reporting activities
- Contribute to process improvements within purchasing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or related field
- Strong organizational and data tracking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, data management, basic analysis)
- Proficiency in Auto Quote
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities as required.
- Adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the manufacturing floor.
- Training on equipment safety and injury prevention is mandatory.
