What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Office Specialist position at Cooper Scurry Facial Plastic Surgery Center PLLC?
New, start-up, solo facial plastic surgery practice seeking experienced, confident, kind medical office assistant with intimate knowledge in all aspects of medical office billing, insurance filing, revenue cycle; willing to multi-task, cross-train, cross-cover, answer phones, schedule patients and assist all other staff.
Daily activities will include assisting an experienced facial plastic surgeon in the start up and daily operations of all aspects of patient flow including but not limited to patient registration, check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance filing, collections, ordering of medical supplies, inventory.
Stress comfort with EMR/PM software and ability to learn new software. Prefer tech savvy individual.
Prefer part time employee.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
