Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with beverage cost control.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety.
- Collaborate with team members during busy hours, supporting smooth operations during events like banquets or nightclubs.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales transactions.
