Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with beverage cost control.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety.
• Collaborate with team members during busy hours, supporting smooth operations during events like banquets or nightclubs.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that keeps guests engaged.
• Effective time management to handle multiple orders quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
