As a Comfort Consultant, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.
While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings. You are always learning and improving. And, you love seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck!
What Makes YOU Great
· Strong sales ability, at least 3 years experience in consumer/residential sales
· Closing qualified leads and ability to self-generate leads
· Responsible, organized, Excellent communication skills
· Your ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated, accountable, values high integrity, and a competitive spirit
· You can remain calm when dealing with stressful situations
Additional Requirements
· Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
