What You'll Do
As a Food Preparation Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining Cooper's Hawk quality standards by preparing assigned recipes to specification. You may perform various kitchen functions, including washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing vegetables, fruits, or other ingredients for salads, cold plates, and garnishes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must represent Cooper's Hawk Values
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous prep or line cook experience preferred
