Commercial Cleaner
Location: Wilmington, OH (travel throughout Southwest Ohio may be required)
Pay: $15–$20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and deep cleaning in commercial facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets
- Clean windows, glass, and high-touch surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soaps
- Properly handle waste removal and recycling
- Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards, including proper use of PPE
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality service
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet scheduled cleaning requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable individuals
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Preferred: 1–2 years of professional commercial cleaning experience
- Preferred: Experience using commercial or industrial cleaning equipment
- Required: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
