Oversee daily kitchen operations and service, making sure every station is stocked, prepped, and ready for peak hours. β±οΈπ³

Taste, garnish, and inspect dishes before they leave the window to ensure consistency and excellence every time. ππ
π¨βπ³ Team Mentorship
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and menu specs. Help others level up. ππͺ

Manage prep lists, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering to reduce waste and keep things efficient. π₯¬π
