Short Description
Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for all meal periods including patient service, retail, and catering. Responsible for managing cooks as assigned Reads food order or receive verbal instructions on food required and prepares and cooks food according to recipes. Follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and tasting.
