Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of industry experience
- Experience working with insurance, annuity, and Alternative Investment products
- Insurance license, Securities licenses

Position Duties
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Meeting Preparation –prepare materials for client meetings which will involve the use of planning and reporting tools (e.g., Kwanti, eMoney, Riskalyze/Nitrogen, Black Diamond), and development of financial outputs such as net worth statements, cash flow, depletion analysis, and updates on planning strategies (e.g., Pledge Asset lines, 1031 exchanges); Identify planning considerations that may require advisor attention
- Manage the preparation and processing of insurance applications, annuity applications, and alternative investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and completion
- Track and support implementation of Advisor recommendations and client planning strategies
- Oversee the implementation and placement of insurance, annuity and alternative products, coordinating with sponsors, custodians, carriers, and internal team members
- Conduct research to support advisor decision-making on client situations
- Assist advisors in evaluating complex client planning scenarios
- Coordinate client onboarding and document collection, working with clients and internal team members to procure and organize financial documents
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client workflows, including implementing action plans, updating client records, maintaining Client Profiles, and creating and assigning tasks
- Support advisors by translating meeting notes and direction into actionable tasks and follow-through, ensuring all client work progresses efficiently
- Maintain organized digital client files and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
- Maintain respect for and strict adherence to compliance regulations and ensure required documentation and client approvals are completed accurately
