Joe Cooper Lincoln of Edmond is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Parts Sales Consultant to join our service and parts department at our state of art Lincoln dealership in Edmond, OK.

Position Responsibilities
Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service department customers with identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
Utilize electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems to accurately identify and process parts orders.
Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely parts availability and minimize vehicle repair delays.
Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and professional customer service in person and over the phone.
Maintain accurate inventory records, process special orders, and follow up on backordered parts.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing parts inventory.
Recommend additional parts and accessories when appropriate to meet customer needs.
Process invoices, returns, and warranty-related parts transactions according to dealership procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
Previous automotive dealership parts experience preferred, particularly with Ford or Lincoln products.
Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs, inventory systems, and dealership management software.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to accurately identify automotive parts and understand basic vehicle systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests.
Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
