Salary: Base pay of $100,000 – $135,000 per year (based on experience) plus uncapped bonus based on total collections

Cooper Family Law Firm is a dynamic, growing Philadelphia-based practice seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities
● Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, adoption, support, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements
● Conduct legal research and case analysis
● Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
● Communicate with clients and provide case updates
● Prepare clients for negotiations, hearings, and court appearances
● Coordinate schedules for hearings, meetings, and court dates
● Maintain organized case files and documentation
● Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness lists
Qualifications
● Experience in family law or relevant litigation experience (e.g., clerkships, DA’s office)
● Knowledge of family law procedures (or strong willingness to learn)
● Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Ability to manage priorities and work independently
● Experience with negotiation and litigation processes
