We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part time Bookkeeper 2-3 days a week to join our growing home-based business team. The ideal
candidate will have bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and general knowledge of construction
industry operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage bookkeeping estimates
- Handle payroll processing
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
- Manage scheduling and calendars
- Respond to emails and assist with communication
- Answer and manage phone calls
- Utilize Buildertrend software as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with bookkeeping and estimates
- General knowledge of construction preferred
- Familiarity with Buildertrend
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-based business environment
Pay
- Pay based on experience
- Starting at $25–$28 per hour
