• Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas to ensure a remarkable guest experience

• Manage a team of 30 , creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards, and responsible for scheduling
  
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
  

Background Profile

• 2 years of leadership experience
  
• Monday - Saturday open availability (required)
  
• Bachelor's Degree or leadership experience equivalent
  
• Kitchen Leadership Experience
  
• Passion for service and care, and commitment to restaurant core values
