Your Impact

• Lead a team of 10-20 in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House. Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
  
• Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business
  
• Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
  
• Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
  
• Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
  
• Detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick-thinking when challenges arise
  
• Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals
  

Background Profile

• 2 years of Leadership experience in quick-service, hospitality, kitchen or restaurant operations
  
• Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed
  
• Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
  
• Desires career growth and will thrive with leadership development and mentoring
  
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
