We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A Reynoldsburg. This hands-on leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys serving others, developing people, and taking ownership in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will support senior leadership in executing daily restaurant operations, lead shifts and assigned areas of the business, coach and develop Team Members, and help ensure Chick-fil-A standards are consistently met.

Your Impact

• Lead shifts and assigned areas of the restaurant with excellence
