We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. The Hospitality Lead in Training is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the team, opening responsibilities, closing responsibility and running the shift. Your Impact
- Ensure all procedures are followed always
- Ensure Team Member safety always
- Ensure Team Members meet all Chick-fil-A Standards and Team Member Handbook requirements always
- Support the Operations team during rush hours and for large orders
- Lead and oversee the coordination of the shift Front of House
- Oversee all guest interactions, and ensuring Chick-fil-A quality requirements are met

- 1 year of Restaurant leadership experience
- Must have a basic understanding of Front of House operations
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
