We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Drive Thru Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A South Two Notch Road & I-20. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development. The Drive-thru is a critical component to our restaurant. It delivers as much as 75% of our sales, which means you will have the biggest opportunity to impact more guests and increase profitability than any other manager on our team.
Your Impact
- Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of the Drive-Thru to ensure a remarkable guest experience
- Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for the Drive-thru
- Manage a close knit team of 20 , creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
- Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
Background Profile
- 2 years of Restaurant Leadership experience (required)
- Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
