Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform various services to clients according to treatment protocols and enhance the customers' experience
• Completes duties on site with consistent, regular, and reliable attendance.
• Provides exemplary customer service to members, guests, vendors, and fellow teammates.
• Re-stock linen shelves in treatment spaces
• Sanitize room and replace linens after each treatment
• Maintains effective communication lines with Cooper manager, leads, and communicates customer service needs and concerns, etc.
• Accomplishes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current Texas license
• Three to Five Years professional experience or combined experience and education
• Maintains license, industry and current product knowledge; attends trainings as necessary.
• Experience in all types of massage and wet treatments
• Ability and knowledge to perform all massage treatment services described in the Spa menu.
• Great attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform all required services of therapist as stated in the Cooper Spa menu
• Prolonged periods of standing and climb stairs to access various treatment rooms
• Ability to learn Mindbody software for scheduling.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and exhibit sound judgement.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. as needed
