Duties

- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to uphold health standards across the kitchen and dining areas.

- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.

Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence in both casual dining and fine dining settings.
- Previous experience in restaurant management roles such as assistant manager or shift supervisor is highly desirable.
