You may be a great fit if you:
- Earned a bachelor’s degree within the last 10 years or will graduate by August 12, 2026
- Live within a two-hour commute of Chicago
- Are unemployed or underemployed (in a role that doesn’t require a bachelor’s degree)
- Are legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, DACA recipient, or with employment authorization)
- Are at least 21 years old by August 12, 2026
- Can commit to the program schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 6:30–9:30 PM
In addition, candidates should identify with at least one of the following:
- First-generation college graduate (you or a sibling are the first in your immediate family to earn a bachelor’s degree in the U.S.)
- Financial aid recipient (you received Pell Grants or state need-based aid during college)
