Job Summary:
We are a busy growing fence company seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth. This role involves customer follow-up and engagement, site measurements, collecting customer deposits/payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage leads via effective communication such as follow-up calls, text and emails.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Perform site visits to confirm measurements, collect payment/deposits, and close deals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in other blue collar trades (roofing, landscaping, construction, etc) or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
