As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs and installations, educate homeowners on their options, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform plumbing inspections and identify system deficiencies
- Repair and replace fixtures, water lines, drains, sewer components, and related plumbing equipment
- Educate homeowners on repair options, preventative maintenance, and system improvements
- Present recommendations and solutions clearly and professionally
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and company quality expectations
- Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, invoices, and job records
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition
- Work safely while following all company policies and procedures
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
- Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing service experience
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing systems
- Knowledge of residential plumbing codes and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
