- Establishing customer rapport via phone, text, and email
- Selling and upselling maintenance agreements to both new and existing customers
- Audit customer accounts, making outbound calls to reestablish services
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries services and appointment times
- Process paperwork, obtain customer digital signatures, and submit through ICON portal in a timely manner
- Minimum 1 year scheduling appointments via telephone to customers
- Working knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
- Experience working in the HVAC or related field is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Word, Excel, ect.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Great organizational skills
- Good follow through and attention to detail are a must!
Salary : $15 - $17
