Coolman HVAC Supply has an immediate opening for an Inside HVAC Inside Sales Associate at our new branch in Santa Clara, CA! Looking for an individual who is driven, a self starter, hardworking, and looking for a company that has growth opportunities.

Schedule - Monday-Friday Day Shift

Full Time - Permanent employment at a pay range of $23-28 per hour plus sales commission and overtime opportunity.

Day-to-Day Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate Activities

● Customer Service: Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, orders, and general support. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

● Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, quotes, and returns using the company’s systems.

● Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of HVAC products and services to provide recommendations and solutions to customers.

● Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, stocking shelves, and performing regular inventory counts. Notify management of low-stock or high-demand items.

● Sales Support: Promote special offers, new products, and upsell complementary items to meet sales goals.

● Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues with orders or deliveries.

● Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sales counter and store environment.

● Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.

● Work under the operations manager to strategize company growth.

Customer Service Team Member Requirements

● Must have a High School diploma or GED.

● Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with help from others.

● Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.

● Experience in Windows operating systems, Google Suites, Gmail, and any inventory management system.

● Has great communication and interpersonal skills.

● Has great customer service skills.

● Reliable and helpful.

● HVAC industry sales experience is a must.

● Organized and capable of multitasking.

● Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a must.
