We are Cooling Experts, a leading air conditioning and refrigeration company in South Florida, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls and appointments, as well as handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule service calls and appointments
- Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database
- Provide administrative support to the service team
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- MUST BE BILINGUAL, SPANISH SPEAKING
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or dispatch role is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with dispatch software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems is a plus
