What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attendance Clerk-Coolidge JH position at Coolidge Junior High?
JOB GOAL: To contribute to staff morale by the prompt and accurate handling of all student records as mandated through Federal and State regulations.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Assist in organization of Student Records.
2. Assist with Requesting Records from other Districts.
3. Help with all reporting cycles and reporting information.
4. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Grade 7 position on the Classified Pay Scale
• Work Days – 12 Month; 10 hours per day (4 Day Week)
• Benefits – All approved benefits for Classified Employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in Clerical and Computer Skills helpful
• Ability to work with employees at multiple sites
• Ability to Keep and Maintain Accurate Records
• Ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees
• Ability to promote good Customer Service
