Community Manager – 100 Unit Apartment Community
Type: Full-time or Contract (Transition to Full-time possible)
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Appartment Manager to take full operational control of a ~150-unit apartment community and short-term rental units. Candidate must be able to run the property independently with minimal to no onboarding.
Requirements
- 4 years managing 100 unit apartment community
- Experience taking over third-party managed property preferred
- Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, Guesty, RemoteLock, Airbnb, etc)
- Able to operate independently without training
- Short-term rental experience (Airbnb / VR units)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
